How do I return or exchange an item?
To apply for a refund or replacement, generally, we follow these 4 steps:
1. Submit a request.
2. Receive and print shipping labels.
3. Mail the merchandise back as well as stick the shipping label on the outside of the package.
4. Once the merchandise is received, your refund would be issued or a replacement shipped.
Here I will tell you how to submit a request:

- Click "My Support Tickets"---"Create Ticket"---Enter the details--"Submit Ticket"
(notes: please provide photos of the item including the packaging & the label outside the box clearly for us to confirm)
3. Fill out the form and click "Submit Request".

1. Register an account

3. Click "Link Guest Order"--"My Support Tickets"---"Create Ticket"--- Enter the details--"Submit Ticket"
